REAHelper can best help Philippine Real Estate Sales Agents successfully close sales because with it, they can better answer clients' most important inquiries. Although it was developed based on Philippine setting, non-Philippine agents can also find most of its features very useful.
Once installed, this app works even WITHOUT Internet, data or Wi-Fi.
REAHelper's main goal is to provide real estate agents with a powerful and convenient tool that can help them assist clients, where they DO NOT NEED to depend on various materials such as developers' sample computation, amortization table, online loan calculators, online search engines (to search for definition of real estate terms) and other information.

These are the main features of the REAHelper app:
I. Calculate for the Monthly Amortization - Clients always ask Real Estate agents for sample computation to know the monthly amortization that they need to pay in case they purchase a property. With REAHelper, agents do not have to depend on a developer-issued sample computation or an amortization factor table to provide the client with this very important info. The agent only needs to enter the annual interest rate, the loan payment term (number of years to pay) and the amount of loan, and REAHelper will compute for the monthly amortization.
II. Check if the client qualifies - This is a big help for agents because it can help them assess if the prospective buyer is qualified for a housing loan. This feature can guide the agent on what advice to give the client in case the computation shows that he/she is not qualified based on the amount of loan, number of years to pay and client's monthly income. It can show exactly how much the client's monthly income should be for him/her to qualify for the housing loan being applied for. Agent can also adjust the number of years to pay (term) for the client to qualify.
The computation is based on Pag-ibig's ruling that for a client availing a housing loan not more than Php 1,250,000, the monthly amortization should not exceed 35% of his/her gross monthly income and for a client availing a housing loan above Php 1,250,000, the monthly amortization shouldn’t exceed 30% of his/her gross monthly income.
Other institutions may have different requirements for qualification, but REAHelper's computation can be a good enough estimate and gauge for pre-qualification, unless there is a minimum salary already set.
